"biodivers" now also in French
The first episode of "biodivers", the NRP 82 podcast, is available in French from today. The German version remains online and can still be listened to and subscribed to.
Two languages, two channels
"biodivers", the podcast of the National Research Programme "Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services" (NRP 82), is released in German and in French. Since 27 October 2026, the first episode has also been available in French: "On ne peut pas continuer comme si de rien n’était". The German version, "Business as usual geht nicht", has been available since 13 October and remains online. In the first episode, Markus Fischer, President of the Steering Committee, and Daniela Pauli, member of the Steering Committee, explain why NRP 82 aims not only to generate new knowledge but above all to understand better what it takes to halt the loss of biodiversity. The podcast is hosted by Patricia Michaud and Christian Heuss. In the French version, the German-language interview excerpts are voiced by Anouck Merz and Stéphane Gabioud, both voices of the Swiss broadcaster RTS.
